O novo filme de Wes Anderson, Moonrise Kingdom, acaba de ter a lista de músicas da trilha sonora divulgada. Diferente dos últimos trabalhos do diretor, quando nomes como Rolling Stones e David Bowie estavam presentes, agora o destaque vai para a música clássica e a presença da Filarmônica de Nova York, Leonard Berstein, Hank Williams e Françoise Hardy.

O filme, situado nos anos 1960 e com roteiro de Anderson e Roman Coppola, conta a história de um jovem casal (os novatos Jared Gilman e Kara Hayward) que se apaixona e decide fugir. Os líderes da cidade começam a disseminar a ideia de que eles foram sequestrados e iniciam uma busca.
Moonrise Kingdom terá sua premiere em Cannes e abrirá o festival no dia 16 de maio.
