No início de Sem Tempo Para Morrer, James Bond (Craig) está aposentado da vida de agente, mas sua paz é interrompida quando o velho amigo Felix Leiter (Jeffrey Wright), que trabalha na CIA, pede sua ajuda, o que coloca Bond na trilha de um novo vilão armado com uma perigosa tecnologia.
